In addition to her career as a performer, Alexandria Moon is an experienced and dedicated voice and music teacher. She currently maintains a private studio, offering lessons online and in-person, working with musicians of all ages and abilities: from beginners learning to read music, play piano or developing healthy vocal technique to advanced students preparing for auditions, further educational training or sustaining a career in singing. Having a strong foundation in piano, music theory and languages supports Alexandria’s work to provide individualised education that is diverse and well-rounded, tailored exactly to the needs of her students.
During her studies at the Royal College of Music, Alexandria integrated research and practical based modules (Lvl 6 Instrumental and Vocal Teaching) into her course. She gained classroom experience at Princes Gardens Prepartory School whilst also observing music lessons and performing workshops with Years 3-5 before completing a placement there as a guest voice teacher.
.
Alexandria has been teaching voice privately since 2022 and after experiencing her own vocal rehabilitation in 2024-2025, she is more committed than ever to provide knowledge and solutions to her singers through technical and anatomical awareness. Alexandria endeavours to nurture confidence, passion and freedom of expression whilst developing technical excellence and believes that every lesson should be structured around the student and their individual needs and goals.
.
Alexandria has much experience teaching classical, musical theatre, ABRSM and Trinity grades as well as diploma level and beyond.
